HW Theron Inc. Attorneys was formed in January 2009. The managing director, Mr Hennie Theron, was previously a partner and later shareholder at JW Wessels & Theron Attorneys. During the initial years the firm joined hands with Gouws Attorneys and specialized in delictual claims, recovery claims on behalf of corporate clients (Innovation Group) as well as Road Accident Fund claims

In the current format HW Theron Inc. is geared for professional and client friendly litigation as we have a unique database system where the progress of claims may be monitored by the client via the internet and updates are sent to clients automatically. This system is currently being updated and improved
